AEIRO Pure Rail

The Aeiro Pure Rail is a modular, low-profile ionization system designed for installation inside air handlers. The system mounts along the top of the cooling coil using an Aeiro-provided mounting track, allowing each ionizer module to hang in position with the ion brushes directed downward into the airflow.

Each power supply can support up to four ionization rails, with each rail configurable up to 12 feet in length. Individual ionizer modules are 6 inches long and connect end-to-end using short 1-inch connector cables, allowing the system to be sized for a wide range of coil widths and air-handler configurations.

The Pure Rail comes standard with Aeiro's pulsed ionization output. When installed at the cooling coil, it is designed to help clean existing coil surfaces over time and keep new coils cleaner by delivering ionization directly across the coil face and into the moving air stream.

Unlike systems that require external high-voltage wiring, the Pure Rail uses 12VDC low-voltage plenum-rated wiring between the power supply and the ionizer modules, simplifying installation and reducing service complexity.
